Santa Claus will be arriving at Metropolis at Metrotown straight from the North Pole, moving into SantaLand on Friday, November 20th and staying until Christmas Eve.

As always, children are encouraged to drop off their letters to Santa at Santa’s mailbox. Just make sure to include a return address and Santa might write back!

SantaLand FAQ's

How much time should I allocate to visit Santa?

I was there before closing time, why can't I see Santa?

Due to regular high volume, the SantaLand staff will close the line up when it has built up to the maximum amount of guests Santa will be able to see before SantaLand closes for the day.

Can I take more than one photo with Santa?

Yes -  photos with Santa are by donation per photo. Minimum suggested donation is $2 per photo.

Can my pet have its picture taken with Santa?

No. The only animals allowed in the shopping centre are working animals. (e.g. guide dogs, etc).

Where does the money go?
