Free Stroller Loans

Kids don't need a driver's license to ride in our Kiddie Kruzzers - car-shaped strollers that they'll love. All you need is to do is visit customer service and present valid ID.

Free Wheelchair/Walker Loans

For those who have difficulty walking for long periods of time, we can provide free wheelchair and walker loans. All you need is to do is visit customer service and present valid ID.

Free EV Charging Stations

Six Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations are located in the P1 Parkade below Atrium Court and available free of charge from 7am to 11pm, seven days a week.

Gift Wrap Service

Perfect, professional and inexpensive.

Naviskaters

A great team of customer service staff on wheels who will help you with directions, carry parcels, or even offer gift ideas during the busy season ahead.

Lockers

Cost is $1.00 for the day. Please note that lockers are cleaned out each evening as they are not meant to be used for long-term storage.  The lockers are located in the Food Court by Burger King, near Old Navy as well as near the Superstore entrance. 

Taxi Station

The Taxi Station is located outside the Superstore entrance. Customers can also contact taxis through the Customer Service Centre located on the Ground Level.

Tourist Information Booth

The Tourist Information Booth is in operation from May to September and is run by the City of Burnaby.  It's located beside the Food Court on the Upper Level.
