Our Guest Services is located on the Ground Level next to Walmart. Stop by in-person or you can contact our Guest Service by phone 604-438-4715 or by texting 604-359-9111 during mall hours.

Stroller Rentals

We offer Smarte Carte tablet-enabled strollers for rent.  The stroller rental stations are located at Upper Level Central Boulevard entrance, Ground Level near Sport Chek, Ground Level Superstore entrance and Ground Level near Shaw & Uncle Tetsu’s Japanese Cheesecake.

Free Wheelchair/Walker Loans

For those who have difficulty walking for long periods of time, we can provide free wheelchair and walker loans. All you need is to do is visit Guest Services and present valid government-issued photo ID.

EV Charging Stations

Six Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations are located in the P1 Parkade below Atrium Court.

Charging rates apply as of September 1, 2020. 
Charges are in increments of 1 hour. 
$2 per hour. 
Minimum charge $2. 
Limit of 4 hours. 

Gift Wrap Service

Available at Guest Services. Due to limited space we are unable to accommodate gift wrap requests for oversized items. 

December 24 (Christmas Eve) 12PM – 5PM

All donations collected support the Burnaby Neighbourhood House and the Burnaby community. Perfect, professional and inexpensive.

Cost: $3-9 per package, depending on size. See gift wrap booth for details.

ATM Machines

CIBC, Scotiabank, Bank of Montreal and other machines available.


Cost is $1.00 for the day. Please note that lockers are cleaned out each evening as they are not meant to be used for long-term storage. The lockers are located in the Food Court by Burger King.

Taxi Station

The Taxi Station is located outside the Superstore entrance. Customers can also contact taxis through visiting Guest Services for assistance.

Tourist Information Booth

The Tourist Information Booth is in operation from May to September and is run by the City of Burnaby.  It is located beside the Food Court on the Upper Level.

Certain areas of the parking used to access Metropolis at Metrotown are owned by Concord Pacific and managed by Westpark.  Effective May 1, 2019, the EAST surface East Parking along Kingsway between Sussex and Nelson will offer two hours of free parking, with required licence plate registration, followed by paid parking for durations longer than two hours. There will be signage and pay stations present in these areas.  Metropolis at Metrotown and Ivanhoé Cambridge have no authority over this parking. 

The remaining 6,000+ parking spots* for Metropolis at Metrotown shoppers remains available as free customer parking with a four-hour limit, and no registration required.

*There is a small portion of our underground parkade that is for Metrotower 3 paid visitor parking.  This area is in the P2 yellow section, underneath Sport Chek & Zara.  This area has dark blue signage indicating that it’s paid parking.
