Ivanhoe Cambridge Inc. (“Ivanhoe Cambridge”) owns and operates the Website and the mobile app and is committed to protecting the privacy of its users.

If you complete and submit an on-line employment application found on the Website, you hereby consent to the disclosure of your completed on-line employment application to: (a) Ivanhoe Cambridge personnel; and to (b) the retailer who is a tenant of Metropolis at Metrotown and to whom such application is being made.

This Website and this mobile app are not aimed at nor intended for children under the age of thirteen (13). If you are under the age of thirteen (13), please do not use this Website and this mobile app, and if you are over the age of thirteen (13) but under the age of majority in the province in which you reside, you should use this Website and this mobile app only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
